Assessment


Your Comprehensive clinical evaluation includes a review of your medical history, a physical examination, a biomechanical assessment and the Footmaxx Metascan computerized gait analysis.  The Footmaxx Metascan Diagnostic System is an innovative,diagnostic tool that assists your therapist determine the need for custom orthotics based on your foot function.  It provides an efficient, highly accurate and scientific analysis of the way you stand, walk or run, aiding in the design of the correct custom orthotic for your spefic condition.  the system is unmatched in its diagnostic and interactive patient education capabilities.


Orthotic Choices


Our Standard, Premium, and Specialty lines of custom orthotics are designed to fit easily into your footwear while providing maximum motion control for everyday activities such as walking and running.  The Sportmaxx orthotic line is specifically designed with the athlete in mind.  In fact, Sportmaxx orthotics are worn by professional athletes in the NFL, NHL, MLB and NBA.  Footmaxx also collaborates with most major sport equipment manufacturers to make orthotics that are designed to perfectly fit in to your specific model of skate or ski boot.

Fees


Orthotic Assessment: $90

Custom Foot Orthosis: $385


Custom orthotics fees may be fully or partially reimbursed by your extended medical plan.  We will provide you with all relevent documentation to assist you in submitting your claim.
